This listing is for one upper sheave/pulley kit for Rotary Lift 2-post lifts, 7000 - 9,000 lb. capacity.
IF YOU HAVE A 10,000 lb. CAPACITY ROTARY LIFT THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT KIT. the shafts are different and use E clips. 

Kit includes (4) N377 sheave which replaced FJ7116-1, (2)sheave spacer, (2) cotter pins, (2) sheave shaft, and (2) bushings
